What is the Fair Play Method?

The Fair Play Method is a time- and anxiety-saving system based off the New York Times bestselling book Fair Play by Eve Rodsky. The purpose of Fair Play is to redesign the division of domestic responsibilities to have a system that feels more balanced within your home and family. The Fair Play Method allows for shared emotional labor which ultimately leads to more time, more freedom, and a better emotional space within your relationship.
